We do not sell or share your phone number or personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We use trusted service providers (such as our payment processor and messaging provider) solely to operate TalkToSong, and only to the extent necessary to deliver our service. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

AI Voice Agent and Call Recording
When you call TalkToSong, your call is handled by an automated AI voice agent, not a human. Your call may be recorded. The recording and the conversation are processed by our service providers — including our voice-agent provider and its AI model providers — solely to create and deliver your song and to operate and improve our service. This operational processing is separate from marketing. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text Messaging
When you agree to receive them, we send SMS/text messages from TalkToSong related to your order, including delivery of your finished song. Message frequency is typically one message per order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. See our Terms of Service for full messaging terms.
Data Retention
We retain order records, including your phone number and song details, for as long as necessary to provide our service and maintain business records.
Your Choices
You may reply STOP to any text to opt out of future messages. To ask a question about your data or request its deletion, contact us at support@talktosong.com.
