By calling TalkToSong or purchasing a song, you agree to the following terms.

Our Service
TalkToSong creates custom songs based on a phone conversation. You (or the person redeeming a gift code) speak with an AI voice agent, which gathers details used to write and generate two original song versions, delivered by text message.

Ordering and Payment
Songs may be purchased online or redeemed using a code provided on a TalkToSong gift card. Online payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Gift Codes
Codes do not expire and carry no fees. Each code is valid for one redemption and cannot be reused once a song has been delivered. Lost codes cannot be recovered or reissued.

Delivery
Songs are typically delivered by text message within several minutes of your call ending. Delivery times may vary depending on system demand.

Refunds
All purchases are final. Once a code is issued — whether through an online purchase or a gift card — it does not expire and remains valid for redemption at any time; we do not issue refunds for codes that go unused.

Each song is created individually based on the details shared during your call, using AI-based creative interpretation. While we aim for an authentic result that reflects the story you share, creative and artistic choices — including melody, tone, and delivery — are ultimately made by the AI system, and we cannot guarantee the final song will match every personal expectation. For this reason, completed songs are not eligible for refund.

If a technical failure on our end prevents your song from being generated or delivered after payment, you are entitled to a full refund.

AI-Generated Content
Your song is created using AI-based tools based on the details you share during your call.

Ownership and Use
Once delivered, your song is yours to keep, share, and enjoy personally. TalkToSong retains no ownership claim over your finished song.

Limitation of Liability
TalkToSong is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
